Access Statement
• Situated in the centre of Betws-y-coed. Parking for 7 vehicles to the front of the premises, accessed from driveway which has a medium incline, direct from the A5 main road.
• Entrance door is approached via main tarmacadam driveway. Porch threshold has a slight step and one further front door step.
• We are 5 minutes walk from the railway station. Timetables for trains and buses are available in the reception area.
• Assistance for portering of luggage is available if required.
• The house is on three levels, ground, first and second floor. 12 steps onto a landing then a further 5 steps to the main 1st floor with rooms 1, 2, 3 and 4. A further 16 steps to the second floor which houses rooms 5, 6 and 7. There is a handrail on the right side all the way up.
• All rooms are equipped with showers, toilets and wash basins. There are no guest baths. Showers have 1 step up into them.
• The ground floor which consists of Guest Lounge, Breakfast Room and Reception Area is level throughout.
• Stairs and landings are well lit.
• Waiter/waitress service is standard in the Breakfast Room.
• Brochures and Menus can be provided in large print.
• Mobile phones can be accessed in the front rooms of the house and the top floor rooms.
• Level pavement and street lit into the village.
