BOOKINGS
All bookings must be secured with a personal cheque to the value of 1 nights accommodation or a Credit / Debit card number. Please note that no charge will be made to your card number upon reservation.
(Prices guaranteed on all confirmed bookings).
CANCELLATIONS
AT THE TIME OF BOOKING WHETHER BY PHONE, EMAIL OR ONLINE YOU WILL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF OUR CANCELLATION POLICY AS FOLLOWS -
Please remember that a 'Reservation' constitutes a Contract between yourselves and The Ferns Guest House. Deposit Cheques are NON-REFUNDABLE and ANY cancellation will be charged at 1 nights room rate. Cancellations WITHIN 7 DAYS of the arrival date will be charged IN FULL to the nominated card number. Any reduction in the number of guests or the duration of your stay prior to arrival, the original booking price will still apply. Whilst you are with us, if you alter your booking by reducing the number of nights you stay then the original booking price will still apply.
BECAUSE OF THIS WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TAKE OUT HOLIDAY INSURANCE.
CHECK IN
Check in time is from 3.00PM until 7.00PM on the day of arrival. Alternative arrangements can be made by prior agreement.
CHECK OUT
Check out time is STRICTLY 10.00AM on the day of departure.
PAYMENT OF ACCOUNT
Personal cheques are accepted to the limit shown on Bankers Card. Major Credit Cards are welcomed.
CAR PARKING
We have limited parking to the front of the house only. Vehicles are parked at owners’ risk.
NO SMOKING
To comply with current legislation The Ferns Guest House is STRICTLY NO SMOKING. Anybody found smoking inside the building will be asked to leave immediately and settle their bill in FULL.
BREAKAGES / DAMAGES
Where appropriate compensation will be required for any breakages / damages caused as a result of your actions whilst you are with us.
We are able to accept Children over the age of 5 but sorry NO PETS.
